How to play Connect Four

1. Gather your materials. You will need a Connect Four game board and two sets of coloured discs, one for each player.

2. Set up the game board. The game board is a 7x6 grid with 42 slots. Each player will have 21 discs, one for each slot on their side of the board.

3. Choose who goes first. You can flip a coin or have the players rock-paper-scissors to decide who goes first.

4. Take turns dropping your discs into the grid. Players take turns dropping their discs into the grid, one at a time. The discs will fall straight down and will land in the lowest available slot.

5. Get four of your discs in a row to win. The first player to get four of their discs in a row, horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, wins the game.

6. If the board is filled and no player has four discs in a row, the game is a tie.
